In the morning, taking advantage of the snow being relatively hard due to the cold, I started riding fiercely against the headwind, in gears 1-2, at a speed of about 5 kilometers per hour.

My mind was filled with thoughts of food, and I promised myself that once I got out of here, I would learn to be a chef and cook all sorts of delicious meals to indulge myself. Around noon, a dangerous signal appeared as I couldn't resist eating two packs of “Mountain House” meals, and I was still hungry, tempted to eat a third pack. The signs of my uncontrollable appetite were showing. Since I had eaten extra “Mountain House” meals, I decided to skip the sweet oatmeal for lunch, and from now on, rationality and instinct would begin an endless battle.
Eating by the riverbank, with creamy snow above my head and rocks beneath my feet.

The longest break during the day was lunchtime, but there wasn't really any true resting time. It takes fifteen minutes for the Mountain House meals to rehydrate. During the waiting time, I took off my damp shoes and socks, placing them in a sunny spot without shadows. I adjusted the solar panel to the optimal position for sunlight and used an awl to clean the mud off the bike. Everything was ready for me to start eating, and as soon as I finished eating, without a moment's pause, I continued on the road.
After lunch, the river turned ninety degrees to the east, and the wind changed to a favorable northwest wind. Thank goodness, I could finally relax for a while. My mind automatically played various small scenarios, which was a sign that the journey was relatively easy.
Songshiling was in the left front, shrouded in clouds and snow throughout the day.

I still didn't see any animals today, but I saw many footprints. Throughout the journey, I kept looking to see what kind of animals had left those marks, and the last one turned out to be my own footprint.
